Here we go. Somebody gets a frank talking to and all we're going to hear is CPP this, and CPP that. But the truth is, the CPP doesn't apply here.  :clap:

It is a funny video, but in the case of stupidy at encampments, did not find it that humorous or implausable that someone would have a video of someone being stupid  at an encampment.
