Why can't it be discussed? I want to know what is going on. I have met Col Saile and his wife - they are nice people. I want to know why he has been relived and why the process has been started to select a new wing commander. This is not gossip, it is a fair question.

There's an ongoing investigation. All that will end up appearing on here, until that investigation is completed, will be unsubstantiated information. The situation is best served by not discussing it.

It hardly seems to be ongoing if the commander has been relieved and a successor is already being sought. Seems like the region commander has made up his mind.
