To what scope are you looking for this info?  If you are a local squadron guy, you're really only going to be able to look at the "member search" link on the left side of e-services (www.capnhq.gov) and see when someone new pops up on it.  It shows their join date.

In E-Services under Member Reports there is one that say "New Members",. Just put in the inclusive dates and it will produce the names.

If you have permissions to that module...  Not everyone has access to that module, so the best bet for your unit would probably be to to have your Commander run the report (if you're not the CC ) or else look under Member Search as discussed above.
