I like this. They actually explained open/close ranks properly too, unlike the test that is used to grade them.

My squadron's drill team cadets from last year are now the poster children for "Why Cadets Drill."    They keep popping up everywhere!  My cadets appearing in all the publications aside, the Cadet Team is putting out some great material, and I can't wait for L2L to launch.

I think that drill guide is great    I hope that more use it. It takes a lot of work to put something like that together.

We included it in the flight CC's guide for Spring encampment going on right now - it needs some typo adjustments but its an excellent resource.

I think the guide is absolutely outstanding,  :clap: This is an excellent resource for cadets, the pictures, the clear and concise directions it gives, and explains to them the way drill is to be taught. I will be handing a copy of this to every new member as they walk through the door now.
