New drill guide

I like this. They actually explained open/close ranks properly too, unlike the test that is used to grade them.

My squadron's drill team cadets from last year are now the poster children for "Why Cadets Drill."  ;D  They keep popping up everywhere!  My cadets appearing in all the publications aside, the Cadet Team is putting out some great material, and I can't wait for L2L to launch.

I think that drill guide is great  8)  I hope that more use it. It takes a lot of work to put something like that together.

We included it in the flight CC's guide for Spring encampment going on right now - it needs some typo adjustments but its an excellent resource.

I think the guide is absolutely outstanding,  :clap: This is an excellent resource for cadets, the pictures, the clear and concise directions it gives, and explains to them the way drill is to be taught. I will be handing a copy of this to every new member as they walk through the door now.
