Title: Online renewal payment question.
Post by: Dad2-4 on October 06, 2011, 12:49:59 AM
I went through the information and renewal fee screen. When I click "continue" at the bottom of the page I get a pop-up in the center of the screen saying "The total transaction amount Is $xx. Is that OK?" I click "yes" and it closes the pop-up and stays at the address confirmation page. I thought it would go to a payment page to enter card information, etc, but it did not. What's up?

probably saves the information from your last re-up.

Sounds like it puked.

When it works, it will click-through to a confirm page with a suggestion that you print it.

Hope not. There was no payment confirmation page. The bank account I renewed with last year is closed.

Hoe that's the case. I'll try again.

You will also get a confirmation email so, if you don't get an email in a few minutes, the transaction probably failed.

Also, it may have problems if you aren't using internet explorer, some of the NHQ scripts don't run quite right in Chrome or Firefox for some reason.

And if you are using IE8 or IE9, you should make sure the 'compatibility mode' is turned on.

Working now. I was using Chrome at work, then tried Firefox at home. Thanks for all the suggestions.
