CAP Cutouts for SM on BDU's

There aren't any grade slides on the SMWOG uniform, they don't wear anything on the epaulet.

Slick-sleeved is a common way to denote an AF Airman Basic, because they have no grade insignia sewn on their sleeves.

Figure 2-3 and 2-5, note 1: Senior members without grade and NCOs and Airmen wearing chevrons on the sleeve wear the CAP lapel/collar insignia on both sides of collar.

At least they're staying consistent between blues and BDUs.
We could do away with that too, save them the need to repair the puncture holes in the collar.

Come to think of it, the cutouts on the epaulets of CAP field jackets could stand to go away too, they're worthless. It would be a clean sweep, and eliminating them altogether.
