Promotion Night!

Congratulations to Major Rick Finkelstein on his promotion.  Maj. Finkelstein was awarded the CAP Achievement Medal last month and has also earned his Senior Observer Wings.  Its been a good month. 

The other photo is of the Squadron at opening formation.  Our facility is usually clean and equipment free, but the Big Fresno Fair is coming up so the city is storing things in OUR National Guard armory!
