The most current CAP Tax exemption letter I have from NHQ is dated 2001.

Is that the most current one available?  I've never had an issue using it, but its one of those 12-generation poor-copied .pdf's.

If there's a source for a more current (or a better copy) one can someone point me to it or PM me?

Danke - should have done that myself, but last time I looked for it the document was still in the "double secret" file.

No worries.  I honestly didn't expect to find it.  Just on a whim, I tried "site:gocivilairpatrol.com tax letter" and it worked.

You don't necessarily need an up to date status letter from the IRS.  98% of the time, the original determination letter from the IRS is sufficient.  For my last employer, I used our 1951 determination letter (also one of those copies-of-a-copy-of-a-copy) and never had problems.

"For my last employer..."  You unemployed bum. ;)

Are you going to be at PT night tomorrow?  After that cake on Sunday, you may need it!

I can't hack PT with our new leadership officer overseeing it.  Who let the career Marine force recon NCO into the squadron?   >:D

I think I'll be "packing" instead.   ;)
