Based on your comments, it is a problem in your unit and Wing -- they aren't doing it right.  As a newly minted graduate of RSC, you should be in a position of leadership at Wing level -- if you're not, you need to step up and get there ASAP, and start working on these things.

No, idont think its that. I have spoken to members from all over the region and someoutside of the region. There is definantly  non standard trainng going on. across the board. How many CAP senior units do oyu have formations or address the members soely by rank instead of first names. Its not juts in my wing. I have seeen it on this board.

My mistake, I thought you were talking about something we were actually training people to do and that actually mattered.  We don't train seniors to do anything with formations, so you are probably right in that whatever training they do get is non-standard.
