You would need the guide to IS-700A

The test for 700 can still be taken, until 13Feb09. Then the only option is the 700a.  The page for 700 is down.  I have the pdf Self Study Guide for 700. Is that what you're looking?

The student guide for IS-700 is what I'm after.   No such animal exists for 700.a yet, and I don't care to wait around for one.
