You could always ask Ray Hayden! :o

P.S. - Oh, my comment is constructive.

As much as an idiot Ray Hayden is in many other things, by most reports he did a pretty good job in Professional Development.

And it's one subject that he's usually very happy to talk to CAP members about.

Pick his brain for some ideas, why reinvent the wheel?

That as much I can agree with... I thought you were being sarcastic. Sorry.

I usually try to answer PD questions I see here.

Maybe if you could be a bit more specific as to what you'd like to know?  There are wise folks here who share willingly.

More or less I'm thinking about a "line of communication" in which PDOs can share info, tools, experiences etc...

experiences, examples and "how to deal with..." type things are probably not good items to discuss in this particular venue....

Feel free to post a question here, or shoot me a PM or e-mail if you want professional development advice. I'm more than happy to share what I know.

I'm also happy to answer any questions you have about PD.  I've been working actively in it for the past few years.  As far as resources, read your regs/pamphlets/manuals/, thats pretty much your CAP PD Bible.
