You are right You will not find it in the regs or the manual but you will find it in the NB minutes......and we have had that argument round and round a number of times.

Which would be a completely valid argument except for the minutes I can only assume you are talking about specifically mention headgear from NBB and Hawk and don't say anything about other activities, or items.

I am looking at the Aug '06 minutes.

If someone can provide proof that this actually exists I will let this rest, or just guide me to the previous thread
