CAP Photo ID: Still looks terrible

If I mask all the PERSEC stuff there isn't much to see.

Could you merely replace the PERSEC stuff with John Doe type garbage?

I ordered one and it arrived with blue streaks obscuring my photo.  I called NHQ and they asked me to return it to them and they would have their vendor replace it.  Its been over a month and I haven't received anything.  Guess its time for another call to NHQ.

Update - After 2 months and 2 calls to NHQ my new Photo ID arrived today.  Overall, it looks pretty good.  The picture and print is sharp.  It still says US Civil Air Patrol along the top, but they have removed the "U.S." from the image of the command patch.
