I cant beleive i'm posting this. This is me after ripping the crotch out of my BDU's on the way to drill team competition...

Did you guys wear BDUs at drill comp?  Just curious.  Probably just wore them en route I guess.

One caveat -- it was taken after the Corporate Service Coat was authorized, but before they changed the collar insignia back to CAP cutouts.  No snarking at me for that, please.

Jack

Since the CAP distinctive service dress isn't authorized for wear by retired members, should we be under the impression that you're coming back in, sir?

That was MY idea!!! I knew i shouldn't have told them!!! My plans for "protecting" NHQ are now in complete disarray.  I was trying to beat Gen. Colgan to his coup. . . .

You know, Chuck, it truly is amazing, the difference between the way people really look compared to the way I imagine they look.  I had you pegged as curly haired, pale skinned and no facial hair.

Same with CadetProgramsGuy.  Not that I really "pictured" you before, but not what I would have expected.

Not knocking people, just saying, it's amazing how far off I am.

Come next month I am putting together my dress BDU's. Had a set as a cadet but I retired them now that I am a senior.

Everything tailored, no buttoms but the center that you button to put the blouse on, everything else that was sown before will be down down using the original stitching path. Cargo pockets are sewn down ect ect. Will go with my mirror shine Corcron Jump boots.

Looks super good, a lot of DI's and TI's do it.

Everything but the bots done professionally by the way.

No blues for me right now (never did really look that good in them) and my field BDU's are less then show worthy haha.

Here's mine. Just taken about two months ago. We all had to take squadron pictures. The photographer wasn't as professional as we were told. When I printed out my picture, it cut off the top of my head. Same happened when I had the actual photos made.
