Forum Downtime - Migration

Hi All

 So yeah, after 3 years, we're seriously reattacking moving CAPTalk to a new host.
 
 Unlike 3 years ago, the forum is a lot quieter so the chances of losing something ongoing in the transition are much smaller. We're not in the midst of several multi-threaded discussions where we might lose a bunch of things because the database snapshot was from today but the site didn't migrate until Saturday.

 So bear with the team as we get the site moved. We might lose a little in the transition, but I hope not.

 Following the move to a new host, we expect to be better able to accept new members with CAPTCHA to keep the spammers sort of at bay, do two-factor login security, notify people via email of messages, etc, which is something we struggle with today.
