AE specialty problems

I really hate senior squadrons that see no reason for AE to exist. Which, as far as I can tell, is pretty much all of them. I have no interest in transferring to a cadet squadron, no interest in timing a bunch of teenagers to see if they can run X laps in Y minutes. I'm not a PE coach.

I've satisfied every checkbox to move up one level in the specialty but the "new" squadron commander invoked his privs to reject it.

Any suggestions?
