My daughter just passed her Mitchell and will be promoted 6/2/25, squadron only has male shoulder boards and im trying not to spend $41.30 on vanguard... Already looked on FB Marketplace, and a couple of the CAP FB groups. Thoughts??? Thanks ahead of time!

How tall is your daughter? The "female" boards are about 20% smaller then the "normal" ones. If she's 5'-4" or taller the "normal" one's should work.

The "male" boards should work then. But borrow a pair from your squadron and see how they look on her service dress jacket. I don't think there will be any problems.
