Danielle Susan Krogstad (Vullo), fondly known as Dani, of Grapevine, TX, passed away on March 3rd, 2025 at the age of 75. She was born on August 30th, 1949 in Burbank, CA, to Anthony and Gemma Vullo.
A proud graduate of North Hollywood High School, class of 1967, she spent her early years enjoying the Malibu sunshine working as a Secretary for CMA Entertainment. She transitioned into property management where she worked her way up to the position of Vice President of Venture Properties, then broke off on her own having a 30 year career as an award-winning Realtor.

Dani remained in the Los Angeles area for nearly 60 years where she raised her two daughters, Shane and Royce, and met her husband, John Krogstad, with whom she eventually moved with to the great state of Texas. She was always a true animal lover, a passion she passed down to her daughters, with Shane becoming a veterinarian as a result. For nearly 30 years, she fostered pugs and was also an 18-year member volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol, alongside her husband.

Despite a challenging childhood and endless health issues, she continued to always have both a smile on her face and an optimistic outlook. Even in trying times, she possessed a heart of gold that shined with kindness and compassion, instantly making everyone feel seen and comfortable. She was a fighter all of her life to the bitter end, a true inspiration to all of those around her.

Survived by husband John Scott Krogstad, daughters Shane Marie Nelson Jakober and Royce Kristin Nelson Smith, son-in-laws Christopher Alan Jakober and Campbell Davis Smith, sister Maureen Jeanne Jordan (Vullo), brother-in-law Richard Bruce Jordan, and nephews Kevin Anthony Vullo Sharrar, Kenneth Andrew Sharrar & Kristopher Allen Sharrar. Preceded in death by sister Janice N Smith (Vullo) and parents Anthony Daniel Vullo and Gemma Florence Vullo (Brescia).
