As Commander of the Oklahoma Wing my primary duty was to lead the Wing in fulfillment of its three mission elements - Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education and Emergency Services. I directed the activities of 2 Groups, 17 Squadrons and 2 ROTC CAP Squadrons. I served on the National CAP Board of Directors the governing body of the organization as a member. Prior to my service as the Commander I was the Oklahoma Chief of Staff for three years.
