Why always the naysayers here? Can't some of you at least ONCE say "Good job, keep up the good work!" ... instead of jumping on a member for not having positive proof and data.  Why do YOU need their data? If its working for them ... CELEBRATE with them. Why be THAT person EVERY single time?

We kinda like people to back up their claims, especially when they seem to be outside the normal range.
OK, how? Screenshots? And why? Why not use that basic core value called RESPECT and treat people as if they are telling the truth? Who appoints this special "CAPTalk" truth squad? Do you get special, secret code books?

So what's wrong with asking them to use another Core Value, Integrity?  Or does one trump another?

In case it got lost again on page one, I'll repeat it on page two.  When someone is just excited over what happened in their little corner of the world, why not be happy for them? Its just the usual naysayers who for whatever reason, enjoy chopping happy people down. Cannot stand to see others happy.  Its sad, just sad. Pathetic even. Not the kind of people to invite to a party.

"WE'RE DOING THE BEST THING EVER FOR US AND IT'S SO SUCCESSFUL!!!!" is an easy claim to make when you don't share it with the order. Maybe it's true, but if this is so, keeping the lessons learned from that success from the organization as a whole is selfish and very much not in keeping with the core values. Anyone claiming that they've got the best thing since sliced bread that doesn't share that information freely is either ignorant to their failures or drunk on their success.
