In making a choice for a Wing Educational Conference guest speaker - what should a planning staff consider?  Should the speaker have direct CAP experience?  Or, would a notable person form the broader aerospace world be suitable?  Thanks in advance for your thoughts and wisdom.

Relevance.

If you have to explain to the person what CAP is, move on.  I've sat through more rubber chickens
listening to someone the Conference POC thinks is awesome, who has no idea what CAP
is, and whose "whatever" is disconnected from anything CAP does.
