The IG gets lots of correspondence regarding complaints.  It will be handled appropriately.  As I've said previously, he loves getting all the emails received daily by an adoring membership...

Complaints against CAP senior level officials shall be submitted directly to the CAP/IG.

CAP Senior Level Official. Are CAP members in the grade of CAP colonel and above (temporary or permanent), other volunteer CAP corporate officers and CAP appointed members of the Board of Governors.

So there are situations where is appropriate and directed to submit a complaint directly to the National IG. For most members this would be one against their wing commander.

If your goal is to file a complaint you need to file a CoC or start with your WG/IG.  If CAP IG works like the AF it will get filtered down to their level anyway to be investigated/resolved.

Seriously!?  You better have your ducks in a row t's crossed and i's dotted if you want your complaint to go anywhere and be taken seriously.  You better have good solid evidence and documentation as well.  Fact of the matter is is that if the WG or Region IG have not heard the complaint or even caught wind of it it's going to go back to them if you file at NHQ. 

Sorry but the IG is not the end all cure everyone thinks it is for resolving issues.
