It is a good idea, however, you would need a rich squadron with a donor in order for that to occur. Squadrons should try to help defray costs however, it should be based on the squadron's financial situation.

We try to help on the cadet side by having fundraisers, but that's more so for the major activities that our squadron holds or sending cadets to NCSA. We don't really have anything that will cover uniform items unless we have some spare stores in the supply hatch.
