Another thing to consider - don't pile on your titles.

To those of us who have been around a while, an alphabet soup like that generally indicates
someone with too much on their plate or who is just padding their business card.

All of those indicated here, done properly, are "full-time full time CAP jobs.

Use titles that are relevent to the conversation or correspondence and leave the others out.

If i honestly wanted to "pile on" the titles, id put all of mine on. but thank you for your input. i will definitely adjust them. Also i kinda need an idea on how to word said letter. Im still slightly confused on that matter. and im finding that i suck at writing resumes. lol

^ Using proper spelling and grammar in all your communications will be a good start.

The comment about adding "all your titles" makes my point.  Former cadet or not, there's no
way one person can effectively and properly do just the jobs you've indicated, let alone if you have more
that aren't shown.

Back to the questions

Start your resume by making a list of:

When and where you have been a member.
Home unit, Group, Wing, etc.
Milestones, achievements, ES ratings, etc.

Major cap activities you attended as a participant.
Major CAP activities you attended as staff.
Projects or non-unit roles you participated in (CAC, Color Guard, training academies).

Don't embellish or build things up - the people reading this know how CAP works.
(Example, having participants in the room from another wing or Region doesn't make that activity a "wing or region event")

Start your letter of intent by outlining:
The activity it's for.
The job you are requesting.
What you understand the requirements to be.
Any special skills or experience you bring to the table in this regard.

You may not need all of the above, but it will put you in the mindset you need to be and the information will be ready.

If you're not clear on the expectations or format of the letter, ask the person requesting these things what they want
and if they have an example.

Honestly, while it's not unheard of, requesting an LOI from adults in CAP to staff an encampment is somewhat unusual.
