3-3. Confidential Screening. All individuals applying for active senior membership must be screened and registered by National Headquarters. The screening process requires that the individual complete a FBI fingerprint card used by National Headquarters to request a FBI criminal records check to determine membership eligibility. Final decision as to each individual's eligibility rests with the National Commander and the Chief Operating Officer. This decision is final and is not subject to appeal or to the "complaints" procedure under CAPR 123-2, Complaints.
CGAUX took scan prints and they look exactly like ink prints. Dunno why CAP must have ink. I have to go get my prints done again for NCIC recert next month. Just gonna go to the jail like last time, only $5 and no ink no mess!Edit: All CAPR 39-2 says is fingerprints, doesn't specify the mediumQuote3-3. Confidential Screening. Anyone have a source to this "ink only" requirement?
The Federal Police Did Mine for Free. They had to pull the ink and holder out of the closet, and only one guy knew how to do it, lol. I hope we only have to do them once, it is a PITA.
They will still accept FBI overprinted cards? I had two kicked back a few years ago because they didn't have the correct CAP overprint.
