Strategic Plan Details Released!

Nice statement of strategic goals however, there really isn't anything that different from previous SPs which came before it. 

I don't remember another full version of a strategic plan being released anytime in recent memory.  The closest I recall is a column by Gen. Courter in the Volunteer outlining about a dozen goals.
