The ground vehicles blow all the stop signs.

The only time I see them stop so far is when it would be an obvious incursion.

The Condor flight taxing to the gate looks like it's got the towbar still on the nose gear.

I can imagine the pilots now.. in Han Solo style.

"I hope the old man got that sky door to work, or this is gonna be a real short trip, okay, hit it!"

What does a giant concrete column right in the middle of the airspace look like on a sectional chart?

I see more "towbars" now. Kinda makes sense. The plain bare landing gear isn't enough to have the magnetic traction for the ground movement.

Over all, if they can work out the fluidity. If those airliners full of people came to a stop, and start like that, you'd be reading all kinds of nastygrams on the airline review sites.

..and the turns of the ground vehicles just don't have enough "sway" in them.

And they're excellent.  You will, however, blow a whole day darn near watching them.

By scale, "Obstruction -- 1000' or higher" . . .

It's certainly an interesting exercise in robotics/AI and I wouldn't be surprised if several thesis' arose from the project.

At 9:25 I noticed the fifth plane parked at the gate is a Dreamliner.

The detail is impressive, right down to the occasional wisp of smoke coming out the cargo bay door.
