eServices down?

Anyone else able to get to capnhq.gov? My browser loads for a minutes and then says The server isn't responding. is it just me or are they updating eServices?

Air force is getting rid of the ABU? So does that mean the rule that doest allow CAP to receive the ABU will be canceled?

Looks like a DNS issue for the capnhq.gov domain? I tried from my ISP in Indiana and a server in California and am getting no DNS (domain name) resolution from either, nor from OpenDNS or Google Public DNS. Unable to resolve to the direct link to WMIRS or Comm either (they're also on the capnhq.gov domain).

Considering that I was attempting to show a new cadet how to do the "Intro to Safety" test on there, that was very irritating and inconvenient.
