Went through today.  The module still doesn't show names.checked or scratched out.  Either way, time to start sewing.

Thanks, gentlemen. 

A few days before it went through, the module didn't look any different than when it was submitted.  No names were scratched out, greyed out, checked off, etc.

Two days ago, my personnel officer got a message, from the promotions utility saying that it was approved.  E-Services shows it was approved.  However, I can't see what the trail the approvals took now because it says that the utility is limited to Lt Col promotions.
