I'm trying to figure out how an O-flights are entered into a cadet's record in eServices.

Is it an automatic transfer from the flight information recorded in WIMRS?

Is there a report someone is supposed to send in?

Are the flights entered in eServices  through some obscure page tucked away somewhere?

The information is imported from WMIRS when the pilot enters it.

There is probably a 24hr lag because I think the sync only occurs once a day.

Some stuff is updated live, like promotions, other stuff syncs about 0200 server time.

What if WMIRS is correct but a cadet's e-services record is not?

Call NHQ and get them fixed....WMIRS is the source record for O-flights.

I guess I'll try calling - I submitted a ticket to the helpdesk and that has gotten me nowhere
