Does anyone have any practical experience to share about the new DDRx program?  I know it hasn't been out for long, but surely someone's tried to implement it...

I know that I would like to incorporate it at my squadron.  I'm unsure as to how to do it though.  Reading it it seems like it's supposed to be a one-on-one program done outside of the squadron in the cadets free.  It seems like it might be easier and more relevant to do it as a block during the meeting, almost like AEX.  Some exercises are written to support one way and some the other.

I'm planning on doing one exercise as a unit at the next meeting and going from there.

I would like to hear others thoughts on it as well.

We are about to implement it.   Doing it same manner as the AEX.

At a FLWG competition, we had a DDR keynote speaker that was a pilot for the DEA and flew experimentals out of south america. He said it was declassified.

In my squadron the DDRX program is more of a free time activity than a block at a meeting. In my squadron cadets use it in their free time . But for some parts of the activities it requires a group of cadets.
