I would like to see a section in safety that would allow an IC to update In-person safety briefing.

Why not just delegate that and have the (Mission) Safety Officer do it?

Why should ANY incident staff have to update safety currency? They're busy enough as it is doing their jobs. If a member can't be bothered to maintain safety currency, why should incident staff have to cover for them?
