Radioman....seriously?  This topic is irritating enough in that it keeps coming back.  Do we need to be generating search traffic to CAP when people look for this person, even though CAPTalk is not an OFFICIAL CAP site?  So if some news person decides to do some searches on this person, and this comes up, maybe they will find a potentially "interesting" angle to write about (CAP/youth program connection), now that you've KINDLY suggested it!  Great.  I'm locking this.  This topic is probably not even acceptable for here.
