I've witnessed some instances of cadets trying to date other cadets or engaging in pda while at CAP activities, including encampment. Totally wrong -- should be shut down.

While it may be permissable (technically) for cadets to date each other outside of CAP, it should still be discouraged. Think of it this way. If Cadets A and B are dating and break up with each other, one or both of them may quit the squadron to avoid awkward situations around each other, or worse. Avoid it.

You're preaching to the choir here. If someone hasn't seen it already, they are likely to see it in the next year or two.

I had two cadets in my previous unit that were dating, and I was unaware of it until I saw them at a non-CAP aviation event. We discussed it a bit, and that was it. There was never any evidence of the relationship at the unit.
