CAP Cadets can't march!

I do often see that CAP cadets need to learn to march better.  That was one of my primary goals as a Flight Sergeant at Encampment (#1 Drilling Flight of Encampment). 

Aside from all the college benefits and so on, one of the main reasons I joined CAP was to drill.  I still love it but am the only "drill junkie" in my squadron.  Drill is kinda my way of introducing a by-the-book way of thinking which they can expand on as they develop in the program.
