I've noticed that the moderators are pretty good at deciding if and when a topic gets locked, and requests to do so are generally ignored.

They do not do answer, then lock threads here.  If the thread breaks the rules, it will be locked.

The other solution is.. work on CPPT and .. turn in the Form 11 the meeting after the 18th birthday. Simple.  You have six months. Nothing is held back, nothing is compromised. It's the same six months that a senior member has when they join.
