That's what we have - only the last few feet are chain so that they stay on the ground when not attached to anything I suppose.  This past Wednesday was the first time I've been in a CAP airplane since 1974.  Since at this rate I will not fly again until 2046 I figure I'll learn the regulation in place when that date gets closer.  I'll probably be flying with my own wings before then anyway.
