The first edition of this was produced by Lt Col Anderson the MER Director of Administration / Personnel. They have just taken something a lot of members in MER have had for years and made it in to a NHQ Pamphlet

I think I'd be more likely to use a pamphlet of "disciplinary action documentation made easy"  Just kidding.  Nice work.

Thats a good start but it leaves a lot to be desired in the areas of formatting and organization, and it could be edited substantially to be more concise.  A good draft and wonderful and well overdue idea, but thisis not quite professionally finished and ready for 'prime time' IMHO.
