How often is CAPWATCH updated?

I'm doing daily downloads into the encampment management system and not seeing changes in the CAPWATCH files
that do appear in eServices.

Any idea how often CAPWATCH is updated?  I had thought it was real-time.

What information are you looking for updates in with the EMP?  New members are updated as processed but I don't know what that time is based on when they receive the application.  Member expiration is EOM.

Eclipse

Current unit (we've had some transfer and a new charter in the last few days), and completion of ORM-B & I are the ones I'm most concerned, and harping on people about at the moment.

I see that tests for ORM and Safety post in real-time after completion, so if CAPWATCH is also real-time, I should be seeing completions
pop up in the EMP.

That would make sense since CAPWATCH is the database that feeds e-services, but it may only do the updates to the data that we can download once a day.  Our customer processing software is like that.  We can enter data and see it on our side but it doesn't "hit" the database until midnight.

IIRC, something was mentioned a while back that told us just exactly that - midnight updates. And I'm not sure whose midnight it is, probably Alabama's.

I've found it was 2AM for me .. being Pacific time, so .. YMMV.

Capwatch is updated nightly, but I do not know the exact time.

..what I meant by that was, 2AM seems to be when it has taken effect, and thats a number I heard in the distant past with the WMU sync. So.. I've called it "2AM" and stuck with it.

Most folks won't stay up waiting for that, or even stay up near that. So..
