Well, Emergency Services is a really broad term. Which area are you looking at - training, field work (GT, UDF), mission base, comm? Each has its particular set of needs regarding manuals, regulations, software, and references. Just loading up everything you can find, just to have it, is pretty much useless. All you end up doing is filling up a hard with a gajillion bits and bytes with little practical use.

Alot of good stuff here.....

http://www.cap-es.net/

Also get all of the forms, regs, pams, ect from the CAP website.

Also down load all of the ES stuff from the CAP Website.

Get the SIMS Program if you have MS Access.  it is a good program to keep members names, ID's and other things up to date.

Start progressing in CAP and attending training sessions offered by your unit or your wing.  Then store what they tell you about or reference on your computer for future use.

Just storing stuff for the sake of storing stuff will not help you.  You need to have been trained on the material at some point.  ES achievements require a trainer and a evaluator.  Very few people are allowed to just sign themselves off based on self study or previous experience without actually accomplishing the tasks required for a specific achievement.   ES requires a trainer.  Once you get your GES, each achievement requires participation at two missions as a trainee.

Honestly, if you're interested in ES, you need to get to SAREXs, and learn by doing.  How many sorties have you been out on for UDF and ground teams?  How much time do you have as a MSA or MRO at a base?
