Do cadet staff get put on the duty roster?

commander wants to know.

Depends on what the commander wants to do. As with many things, it's their decision.

I know some who won't even consider it and others for whom it's normal procedure. You can do staff PA's more then once a year.

Cadet Staff Handbook. Really helpful if you have any questions about running a unit from the cadet side.

It even has position outlines and general suggestions for schedules and selecting cadet staff and their terms

Direct your commander to it and he can order it from national I believe. Did you promote?

I'd put the Cadet Advisory Council Representatives on it.

I'm talking my commander wants to know if the fact that im a Flight Sargent need to be documented in E-services as a duty position
