Title: CATS/CEMS are dead
Post by: arajca on January 11, 2010, 05:00:33 PM
The new Operational Resource Management System (ORMS) is live. The Civil Air Patrol Asset Tracking System (CAT - Logistics) and the Communications Equipment Management System (CEMS - Communications) have been removed. The functions of both systems have been rolled into ORMS.

Access to ORMS is based on the duty positions assigned in Eservices. WSA's cannot grant access to ORMS.

I found an issue with the Comm equipment - much of it appears twice with different Property Control Numbers (PCN). Everything else is identical. I've sent the issue to National and they are working on it.

Comm side or Logistics?

Duplication of the comms gear.

When I run just a supplies inventory, its correct, but the comms listing has two of everything.
