Anyone have any helpful suggestions for preparing for Regional Staff College like what resources might one review and/or other tips/techniques/reading materials for navigating thru the course?

Every RSC uses the same curriculum, but different methods to cover it. I suggest you contact the director of the course to ask that question.

Coffee, Red Bull, Energy Bars...

The course isn't really that hard.  Brush up on the proper technique for the letters in 10-1.

Re-familiarize yourself with speech writing and delivery techniques.

Take a look at a large activity planning guide.

Bring the computer.  Met a few who decided to leave their computers at home while at NSC.....regretted it for a week!

And make sure you have a current copy of Power Point and Word on your computer. You will make many friends if you do.
