Title: Passing of Col Belcher Former MAWG/CC

Col David Belcher, the recently retired CC of Massachusetts Wing, passed away today following a long illness. Col Belcher had served as Wing CC, NER Safety Officer and MAWG IG, along with several other positions over his CAP career.

Dave was a friend for twenty years and one of the best Commander's MAWG ever had. I worked with him on Wing staff in the 90's and he will be sorely missed.

He was a good man and will be missed by many.

Sorry to hear about the loss of Col Belcher. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
