I have posted this before, but I am having trouble convincing the members of my group that they need to complete certain exams. Mostly because I don't know who needs to complete what and by when. So I am going to post all the exams and if someone could send me the emails or policy letters of who needs to complete what or if they could fill in the blanks and say who needs to complete what. Thanks.

Unless you're in my wing...then if you're a senior member you get to take it, regardless of what your specialty is, or isn't.
The Basic Safety course is also a requirement for Tech level in the Organizational Excellence specialty track.
All of the safety and ORM courses are now required for commanders in NC Wing. It doesn't hurt for everyone to look at the ground handling video. The opsec is for everyone. Don't know about the wing runner.
OP is looking for the implementing document for each exam. Here are a few:
OPSEC Training: CAPR 60-3, para 1-35
EO: CAPR 36-1, para 5e
ORM: CAPR 62-1 para 2d(2)
Aircraft Ground Handling Video: ICL - CAP/CC Memo, 30 Mar 2009
