Question.... Are Senior members allowed to attend PJOC and if so in what capacity? Can they participate in the training or do they serve as a cadet supervisor/moderator? Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, they are there as cadet monitors. They are there for the entire activity but aren't required to participate in the same manner. I was at Pararescue & Combat Rescue Ofc school at Kirtland this past Feb. The Ops officer, Capt Matt Bury gave me a brief rundown. He added they enjoy having the cadets come to the school for PJOC. I am considering it for the future.

PJ is Pararescue Jumper PJOC is Pararescue Jumper Orientation Course. It is a cadet national activity.

Actually..."pararescue jumper" is an archaic term. Although technically where "PJ" comes from, a PJ is a pararescueman. PJOC is the "Pararescue Orienation Course". And yes, it's a National Cadet Special Activity.
I attended APJOC in NM as a senior member escort in 2000, along with another CAP Lt from down South. We participated in many of the activities (including most of the PT) but not all. We were also responsible for driving the cadets between activities and locations. We also provided some moral support and encouragement when they were having some, uh, tough times during the two weeks.
PJOC is a cadet activity. They have USAF instructors. Thereis very limited senior member involvement.
I did PJOC at Ft Knox in '95. We only had the 2 PJ instructors, a USAFR Ops officer, and 2 Army medics there for "adult supervision"....no CAP senior members.
So if APJOC is NOT for seniors, is there a school for them along this same lines?
It is true, PJOC and APJOC has CAP senior members who do attend, especially since 9/11 when most PJs are busy these days. I had a senior in my squadron go down to NM in, I think 2003 or 2004, to augment the staff.
If you wish to go as a "student", no, seniors cannot go as "students".
The next best things would be National Emergency Services Academy (NESA) where they have ground search and rescue training among other training, or Hawk Mountain Ranger School (HMRS). NESA is in Indiana and HMRS is in Pennsylvania. Cadets and seniors alike attend these courses as "students".
