Title: ECI00013 and e-services
Post by: NHQ-OS-126 Frank on September 09, 2009, 10:34:19 PM
Good evening,

I took my senior member correspondence course 00013 exam end of July and already 3 weeks later I got a card and a diploma saying that I passed the exam.

But until this day it does not appear in my personal records on e-services. Do I have to send them a copy of the diploma or our squadron testing officer or does AU passes on the information to NHQ and I just have to wait ?

Thanks and all the best from Europe.

Frank

AU does the notification, and sometimes it takes a while, especially with the renovation going on at NHQ. Give it another two or three weeks.

AU sends a report monthly to CAP. So it may not post until the end of the month. I would send a copy to National, just to make sure.

Professional Development at NHQ is good about entering these. I would scan the certificate and e-mail it.

Congradulations on passing the test.
Did you take the Yeager test as well?

Mine ECIOOO13 was posted on E-Services before I recived my diplomia. AU does the notification to NHQ and they post it on E-services and sometimes it takes a while. I have heard other people tell me it can take up to two months.

If its not affecting promotion eligibility, just be patient it will post.

IF it is holding up promotion eligibility or similar then do the following

Just scan and email the card and the certificate and email to lmmeforms@capnhq.gov

It will get to Mrs. Carroll and she is fantastic at no more than 48 hour turn around, usually a lot faster.

Maybe a dumb queston, but are you enrolled in a specialty track?  Some requirements you only receive credit for if you are listed in a specialty track.
