I need your help.
It is time to revise the DCP Smartbook (http://www.capmembers.com/media/cms/DCP_SmartBook_9D94130E1BAE2.pdf), available on the National CP website (in the Library).
The SmartBook was designed as a guide for incoming Region and Wing DCPs with a secondary audience of any CP leader. Currently it covers the basics - what the DCP needs to do and how to keep the boss happy. The idea was to extract tasks and suspences from a bunch of different regulations so that even a noob DCP could get the COY paperwork in on time.
Obviously, we will be updating the NCSA selection process and adding the CP Missions Award.
So, help me out:
What else needs to be in there?
What other parts are horribly out of date and need to be revised?
Whose pictures should go on the cover of the revised edition? 8)
I am particularly looking for practical, sage advice for the "Tips and Tricks" section.
