Title: New CAP Signature Graphics

A boatload of folks got the military signatures at http://militarysignatures.com

They now have some CAP stuff - missing most badges and wing patches but have most if not all ribbons and a few backgrounds.

guys, please.. one or the other.  Either a couple lines of text or a small graphic.  a 10-line sig is lame.
