The Marines have been flying around Chicago for the past week. Today I caught up with them at Dupage Airport. I also saw a number of CAP members walking around. Some were in uniform. So I suspect, CAP was helping with the event.

Yes, I believe the units from the city and SE burbs were involved.

So sad they aren't landing at Meigs.

Yes, it would have been great to have the Marines storm Northerly Island and take it back. :)
